According to a poll by Classic FM, the UK’s most popular Christmas carol for the past two years has been Silent Night.

We all know that music is good for us, don’t we? It can lift us out of a bad mood and help us wallow in our melancholy. And, it’s not just our emotions it impacts – we can have a physical response too.
